We have more than 38 Years of Experience in the Mazatlan Real Estate business, our family business is known as Homeowners Real Estate, we are members of A.M.P.I (Mexican Association of Real Estate Professionals), members of CANACO (Mazatlan Chamber of Commerce) and the MLS (Mazatlan Multiple Listing service best known as AMPIBOLSA).

Alfredo Reynaga Senior has been in the Mazatlan Real Estate Business since early 70's, he is a hardworking man and well known for his sports and business achievements in the Mazatlan community. Alfredo Senior finished the 1990 Ironman Triathlon that took place in Hawaii. He started business as Bienes Raices Romero S.A de C.V, if you been coming to Mazatlan for many years you will remember his office/home by Casa Loma Restaurant, he always welcomed people and said hi! when walking by. Alfredo Senior achievements have been many, like selling the Inn at Mazatlan Hotel in 1980's, Marina Mazatlan when started back in 1990 and many other properties, he is also a specialist in El delfin area. You can see Alfredo Sr. running on the Pacifico Marathon, Triathlon, Swimming to the Islands or just training in his bicycle or running.

Yadira was the CEO assistant of the first Real Estate Office in Mazatlan, after that together with Alfredo Senior open Bienes Raices Romero S.A de C.V. on the Watchman Hill, they have worked together and have been selling properties all over Mazatlan, in 1990 Marina Mazatlan project started and the Family decided to incorporate Yadira in the sales office, in 1993 she was recognized by Marina Mazatlan as the best Sales Executive. Together they have 2 daughters and 1 son, 6 grandchildren.

His Son Alfredo Reynaga Jr. has learned the business from his father since his teenage years. He has a degree in International Commerce and finished his Masters Degree in Marketing; he has worked for the RE/MAX franchise when it first opened in Mazatlan back in 1996. In 1998 he named the family business from Bienes Raices Romero to Homeowners Real Estate a registered trademark since 1998. If you know Vista del Mar Condominiums the Family succesfully sold 18 Units on the beach to Canadians and Americans in less than 3 months (You will hear the story) with Colorado investor Rick Keenan. Alfredo Jr. was offered to work at Estrella del Mar Golf and Beach Resort community in 2000 by a long time friend and client who was the sales Director in that time, this was when Estrella del Mar was owned by The Martori Group from Arizona and the William E. Simons and Sons from California, he was in charge of Real Estate sales at Estrella del Mar Golf and Beach Resort community for 2 years until the Resort was sold to Patrick Butler in 2004, you probably will remeber him if you played there in that time and met him in that beautiful resort.

Alfredo Jr. was also a marketing Professor in the University of Durango in the Mazatlan Campus teaching sales promotions, sales administration, Proactive Leadership, Quality Administration and Marketing.

In 2004 the family got together again to promote Marina Mazatlan Development when bought by a Mexican Group from our state capital and restarted developments such as Puesta del Sol Condominiums, Club Real, Punta Diamante, and Villas Puerto Iguana, together they were the top producers.

In 2005, the Family gain the trust of the Martinez Family to promote the sale of their Portofino Mazatlan Condominium Project, a 91 condominium marina water front project. The family successfully sold all the units in 9 months and now are doing lots of resale’s that come out to the market so hurry before they get all sold, please inquiry for further information.

Also in 2005 the Family launched the sales of Ocean Palms Mazatlan, a 25 story building with 46 units in the heart of the golden zone, developed by Canadian and American Investors, this project really changed Mazatlan's Skyline.

In 2006 after finishing Ocean Palms, The Family was in charge of selling 75 units at Paradise Bay Condominiums, remodeled by a couple from San Diego, California. With the best location in Mazatlan, the project was sold very fast also in a record time!.

The Family is also managed the sales of Vistas de la Marina a 24 unit project with 3 buildings right in front of the Marina, great quality at reasonable prices.

In 2007 Alfredo Jr. was named AMPI Mazatlan A.C President and he held the AMPI-NAR Cruiseship Congress and received more that 400 REALTORS that visited Puerto Vallarta, Mazatlán and Los Cabos. Also he has professionalized the Real Estate Industry executing and directing Training Courses, in his three year term and also he is the only AMPI MEMBER with the Recognition of the PUBLIC EDUCATION SECRETARIAT (SEP) of a title in REAL ESTATE COMMERCIALIZATION back in 2008, obtaining his license or Cedula # 5978656 promoted by AMPI all over México and he is part of the first generation with this title.

With him AMPI participated three years in a row in the Commerce Week celebrated each November by the Mazatlan Chamber of Commerce. Also in 2007, 2008 and 2009, during his charge as President of the Real Estate Association, He went to promote Mazatlan in the USA and CANADA with the SINALOA STATE Tourism Secretariat.

In 2009 he was named Vice-President of the Chamber of Commerce and AMPI. ORG Board of Director Member and will continue to be all 2010, also he is managing the sales of a new project in DOWN TOWN, at the ICE BOX HILL known as PUERTO VIEJO SKIES, and know he is successfully selling this project very fast, please look at it in our website!!
